Buck A Block

For the past year I’ve been participating in Buck a Block at Caroline’s Cotton Cottage in Rome City, Ind. (She wants and needs to get a new website!) The blocks are made using Thangles and this was the 10th year Thangles has sponsored the program.

I’ve sewn the borders on the Buck A Block project.

  1. That is very pretty Gretchen! I have always wanted to make a basket quilt, but never have. And I love your choices of color!

    • Thanks for the compliments on the colors but I can’t take credit for them. When I signed up for the project, I had 3 choices of fabrics; asian, batiks or civil war. I chose the civil war fabrics. Caroline does an excellent job of putting fabrics together.
